Dear Clients, Students and Members,
I want to thank our previous and current clients, members, and students for entrusting my team and me with your needs. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and help you navigate through challenging times.

Dear Clients, Students and Members,

I want to thank our previous and current clients, members, and students for entrusting my team and me with your needs. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and help you navigate through challenging times.

As with everything, we have encountered our fair share of obstacles and challenges. However, with the unwavering support of our clients and the dedication of our team, we have been able to overcome them and continue to deliver the highest quality of service possible.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to our clients, members, and students for the opportunity to serve you. As we continue to grow and evolve, I want to inform you that we will be moving towards utilising technology to serve better all of our members, clients, and students.

With this new approach, all of our previous and new members, clients, and students will now fall under the title of "Students". This allows us to consolidate our services and provide a more comprehensive learning experience. We aim to help as many people as possible, believing this is the best way to move forward.

In the past, I have been guilty of spreading myself too thin and sometimes dropping the ball. However, I want to assure you that it has never been intentional, and I have always had the best intentions in mind. Our new way of working with technology allows students to refer to the lessons at any given time, ensuring that our guidance and support are always available to them.

I understand that some have had pricing concerns, but we have set it up in a way that provides incredible value. Our goal is to empower our students to navigate family court confidently, and with our teachings, they should never need to pay for support again. We cover the law and legislation in layman's terms, but we also teach my philosophy on how to get through family court, which is unique to our service.

We are so confident in our methods that we offer a cashback refund on selected plans if our initial consultation outlines a realistic and successful outcome that we can work towards together. If our guidance and instruction are followed, and our philosophy doesn't work, we do not want our students to feel they have wasted their money. We understand that unexpected allegations can arise, but if our students have been honest with us and followed the steps, we will refund their investment.

I understand that some may doubt or criticise my philosophy and integrity, but for every one person who has a negative thing to say, I have five people who speak positively of our service. I appreciate constructive feedback and continue to stand by my beliefs, even if they go against popular opinion. After ten years and thousands of cases, my philosophy works, and my experience in family law, coupled with my Level 5 Counselling Certification and I am coming to the end of my 2nd year trying to compleye my BA HONS in Law, which I have to say. I am very much behind with. But that is a conversation for another day..

Our existing client base has confirmed that 83.9% of the time, we have achieved final court orders that align with or better than what we initially agreed upon. This tells me that our philosophy works, but people need guidance on maintaining their way of thinking and living. This is why we have introduced Family Court Mastery online learning and McKenzie Friend support.

Thank you for being a part of our community, and we look forward to continuing to support you.

Sincerely,

Jason
